If you are interested in becoming part of our community, please read our qualifications for becoming a member of our lodge and complete the form below.  We will then send the Application for Membership to the home address stated in the form.

Qualifications:

  • Those individuals who are of Italian birth or descent, their spouses, and children. Individuals who have been adopted into Italian families also qualify.

  • The widows, widowers, and divorced spouses of members whom by their own deeds have contributed to and promoted the culture of Italian-Americans and the Order Sons of Italy in America.

  • Each applicant must have a sponsor from the lodge representing their membership.  
    (If you do not have a sponsor, we would like to set up a short interview to meet with the applicants.)
